SIGN-INS
When you arrive, please use Lunker City’s driveway. You will be asked your name, and then will be taken to your spot. If you did not pre-register your parking, you will be asked to wait there, and someone from sign-ins will come up there and you can pay them. $100.00 each for trailer, toyhauler, motorhome and a golf cart permit for personally owned. Money order or Cash Only!!
At Sign-Ins
You will go to the sign-in trailer, If you need to pay for a hardship, you will pay for it now with money order made out to QMA. Here is the form CLICK HERE If you did not pre-register you will also have to pay $50.00 per car, $10 per novice car. If you need to change classes/ divisions this is when you would do this. Then you will pick up your safety sheets. You will then go to the Safety/tech Tent and have your cars inspected. Please make sure the sheet is completely filled out, and the label has the correct info on it. ie; drivers qma #, name, address
Once you bring back the safety sheet you will hand them in, and will be given your qualifying #’s. Please tape these on the hood of your cars. You will also be given cards to place on your trailer, motorhome, toyhauler, golf cart…..This is so we know you have paid for your spots.
You will then be asked if you have your own transponder or you need to rent one, if you need to rent one, you must have a bracket, brackets will be for sale for $10.00. You will also be given a zip tie to put on your car, so that we know you have a rental transponder. If you have your own, please bring it with you or at least the # on it, so we can double check it against your registration.
Next step is the handler and minor waiver forms. Your driver must be present with both parents. Both parents need to sign the form. If parents are not there they need to have this form CLICK HERE filled out and handed in.

Silver City Quarter Midget Club would like to welcome your family to the 2008 Eastern Grand Nationals. We are located in central Connecticut, in the City of Meriden. We are a fairly large club with over 125 members. Our weekly car counts are some of the largest in the nation, averaging 160 cars weekly. With top notch competitive drivers and dedicated handlers we are looking forward to bringing your family a week of exciting activities and fast, fun racing.
On the off race time your family is within 60-90 minutes from the East coast beaches & seaports, northeast stock car racing, micro to modified dirt racing, indoor go cart track, Six Flags amusement park, Lake Compounce Amusement Park, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun casinos, movies theaters, Zoos and so much more.
