These forms are due by June 1, 2008. In order to insure consistency throughout the program, please have a photo of your driver from their shoulders up, either with or without a helmet. It can be a race related picture, a school or any candid. Please make sure you reference your childs name in the subject field when e-mailing the picture. If you have more than one driver, please send separate e-mails for each driver. If one is being mailed, please write the childs name on the back of the picture and please be aware that pictures will be destroyed after they are used for the programs purposes.
